Hey Forest...you need some armor? Bought some from a guy who quite riding. Had rode for years, bikes, inclosed trailer, bikes and gear for his kids....

Quit 'cause he lost his bike while running up the street in front of his house with shorts and T shirt, just warming it up.

Totally fook his leg up...looked half the size of the good one.

Uffda, sounds nasty. I have all the gear I need at the moment, just need to get my pants to zip into my jacket! Thanks for the offer though. When are we doing that mountain man ride Doug? :D

August 2nd - Saturday - TT - AMA Pro Grand National Championship Castle Rock Wa. Mt.Saint Helens Motorcycle Club... And the ride home " The Mountain Man Festival of Curves"

That is the best show for the year at that track. That is when and where I will be. I pay a few more bucks for reserved seating, 3/4 or more towards the top, straight up from the finish line.

The extra bucks are worth it, gives more elbow room and you are right dab in the middle of the track. They do not sell the reserved seating out so you get even more extra room to stretch out.

I get a room on the east side of I-5 from Castle Rock, 'bout 2 miles from the track. Don't have the extra weight of camp gear to drag around for the ride home. I have the name of the motel. I should reserve a room soon. Not many there. Castle Rock is a small town. I have camped out at the track before, but sometimes they have a band and they party out till late. One time we hit the sack early after the race..11 or so, and a guy lit a half stick of dineomite off right next to my bud...maybe 5 feet away from his tent. I am not talking M-80. This was huge.

My bud grew up flat tracking and it was great hanging out at the beer stand. He met guys he raced 20 years ago and have not seen since. Good times.

Then get up early and have a stout breakfast next door before heading north on I-5 to Mount Rainer.

Hope that works for your schedule. Oh! You will need to take off a Monday to get home. You will be spent after this Sunday ride thru the woods. Make sure you have e-nuf rubber left on your tyres before you leave home, to get home.
