I'm going to find a way of combining this with the Sag thread. That should just about cover suspension.

klink, you need to add the link for the water pump/water pump seal replacement that was done on the adventure site.
08 SD, WP Dampener, 'Suspension Improvements" tuned sus (springs, valves, shim stacks ), KTM cowl, R&G carbon covers, Termi Pipes (from a duc 998), Grim990 Airbox, breather mod, SAS plates, tuneECU PDI tune, HM QS, JTM VS & DVS

actually... no its not the one i was talking about but not too bad.

There was a complete step by step break down on it... literally a photo for each step... including replacing the shaft and bearings (a lot of work but worth it in the long run as the hard surface coating on the shaft also wears)
