I have searched, though to no avail

is it easy? to take off/out

an idiots guide would be great

SDR yes? Have a look at Bic's Motobox fitting guide but the SDR throttle body to intake tract rubbers are, I think, different from the SD with a lip profile to the lower part of the airbox - for me, removing the throttle body left both rubbers in place and pulling at the alone does not work - you need to break the stiction between the rubbers and the intakes or pull the rubbers out individually but, either way, with care 'cos the rubbers rip/tear easily - my thread on throttle cables replacement touches on this.
