Or Laguna seca. Normally not that sunny in Spa! I do like the track in Spa, one of the best circuits ever!

Absolutely Spa, a couple of weeks back.

Had two dry days there, loads of fun, love that place. Hopefully back there again next year. That picture is my screensaver at work - something to get me through the dull wet days of winter.

Hard to tell from those pics, but how fast were you? I did CSS not too long ago on my 990 and I was way more upright at class speeds. We were going around 40-50 so if you were faster, ignore this.

From the KTM SuperDuke day at Silverstone:

A fantastic day with lots of sunshine.

Jeremy McWilliams was in attendance showing just how fast these bikes can go & helping folks set up their suspension. Mine was a few mm's out on sag otherwise spot on.

Silverstone at it's finest... Good to meet other SuperDukers too...

I see the Del aka Sparky was there in his NL leathers.

Don't know.

Jeremy McWilliams, Al Fagan a couple of journos and some instructors were really showing what the SDR can do. The NL guy also very fast!!

Baron von Grumble in attendance and he's damn quick too.

For sure the SDR is a great track bike but I want to get mine to Rockingham and Cadwell where it's a bit twistier..

Oh man, you can't drop that sequence of pics and not give us a video or some details?

Glad to see you're well enough to be tapping your fingers and posting here.

No vids unfortunately, but I had that red/white r1 for the best part of 10 years. Then June 5th this year I was overtaking 2 cars, when the first one decided to turn right into a field of all things. The last picture was the end result.
I was a lucky boy, hit the rear quarter of the car and launched a good way down the road. Kit did its job, just fractured wrist, dislocated shoulder, big fat purple ankles and no memory of the whole event, apart from getting in a helicopter for my ride to hospital lol.
Nothing left of that bike now really, salvaged the engine, ecu, carbs, master cylinder mostly, rear wheel, swingarm and shock. The rest is scrap.

The black R1 is one I made out of spare bits I had after buying a really smashed R1 from a friend. I only used the engine, wiring and a few other odds and sods from that bike, rest of it went in the bin.
