Just heard, Simoncelli died in a crash during MotoGp at Sepang.
Terrible news.

jesus that was nasty :shock: :shock: :( :( Poor Marco. Let's hope it was instant and judging by the footage I'd probably say it was. Can't believe his helmet came off :shock:

Truly shit news. What a loss to everyone. You have to wonder if that hairstyle contributed to the helmet coming off. :idea:

Edwards and Rossi must be in shock. Hate to see two more great racers hang up their suits on the back of this but it may happen.

just witnessed the accident, shocked to hear the crowd threw bottles, makes you realise how dangerous the sport is even though there hasent been a death since 03.... RIP simo
