That or setup a Just Giving page for him. Take the wreath out of that and the spare goes to Flying Ambulance maybe.

Just read this terrible news.

Nick helped me out a few times, on here and the UK KTM forum. I thought I could see a little of his character shining through after reading just a few of his posts - wise, kind, and patient, and so it proved when I met him at CrashFest years later.

Chaps, please put me down for a contribution to the wreath and the charity.

RIP Nick, you will be missed.

Copied from my post in Crashfest thread....

Right guys I've messaged Nolimits about Crashfest,

I don't hold out much hope but I've asked them if they could help us arrange a couple of slow parade laps in Nicks memory sometime over the 2 days. I think it would be a really nice thing to do and a fitting tribute as he was supposed to be joining us. I really hope that it can happen.

I've said that it should be us lot first and if anyone wants to join who knew him from other forums then fine. When they did it for Simoncelli it was amazing, especially the noise at the end.

Will hopefully get an answer from them shortly, I messaged via facebook not written on their wall just in case its not a goer for whatever reason. Insurance, hours and many other reasons not to let it happen but lets hope they have some compassion eh?

Will find out tomorrow if I can make it to the funeral too.

Nice idea dude! I'll email Mark and Clare. Stalker and I have got to know them quite well with the racing series. Would be a lovely thing to take part in.

Fingers crossed.. whatever you can do to help it happen dude, I'm not sure who looks after the facebook side but it came to me and that was the quickest way to get hold of them. Seems whoever does it is online a lot.

OK its on!!

Its going to be so special. So at lunchtime on Monday we gather in the form up area and we can go and do 2 slow parade laps of cadwell with a parade of noise at the end, instructor to lead. I have said KTMs first and they will ask if anyone else would like to join us in the morning briefing.

Yeah I just got an email from Mark saying they'd make it happen. Gotta love No Limits.

I would need 3 by 1.5 inch 6's to get them to fit on my bike, dont have loads of room on the tiny panels.

That would be great Ben, any chance you could do stickers featuring Nicks avatar?

Yeah, I'll get it on there somehow.

I'll do a few sizes to suit SDR's, and SD's etc.

Sounds perfect to me. Just let us know where to send the cash. Sadly I can't make the funeral so least I can do.

As has been said, could we get a justgiving page set up?

Justgiving seems like its just for charitable donations so we will need some bank details that we can transfer money in to. Klinck are you happy to do that?

PayPal craig.wiltshire(at)mac.com I'll pass on any extra to JustGive

I've setup JustGive account but waiting to hear exactly which Air Ambulance helped Nick.
