Very sad to hear, Nick helped me out a few times and always gave sound advice. Makes it far more poignant when you see the face behind the user name. Ride in Peace buddy, condolences to Amy  :(

I have sent Steve a PM asking for him to pass on our condolences to Amy and his family. He was such a great guy and absolutely loved his SD. Really feel for Amy, they seemed very much in love when I saw them together.
I also asked for details of funeral plans when they get made as I'm sure some would like to go along or make a donation to a charity of his families choosing.
RIP Nick, you will missed dude :(

My thoughts and best wishes to his family.
It's strange to have this depth of feeling for a friend I've never met.
What little assistance I can give from Oz is theirs, be it fund raising or whatever.
Thanks so much for your help and input mate.

Didn't know Nick but as with all of you very much appreciated his posts and helpful insight. Broken hearted at this tragic news. Raising a glass to an SD brother from NY.
Also more than happy to help however I may be able to - donations, etc.
RIP Rick.

Never met the guy (or any of you ugly bunch  ), but he was one of the biggest contributers to this site, whether it be knowledge or banter, both of which will be missed.
