Been away for a few days, just logged in and read this. Very sad news indeed. He seemed like a really nice guy and was a great contributor to the site. Terrible.

I'll be more than happy to take donations to via PAypal.

I'll give other Mods access to my Paypal accounts and transfer the money out, either to Flowers/Wreath wherever we as a forum decide to donate the cash raised.

PLEASE do NOT feel obliged to donate. It's not a rite of passage or anything. If you feel strongly enough about the loss of Dr F (Tony) then donate as much or as little as you like.

Donations can be in any currency as far as i know, if anyone wants to do a direct payment or payment via cheque, then PM me and i'll arrange a plan.

Every penny will be appreciated.

I am absolutely stunned and deeply saddened by the loss of Dr F, without a doubt the greatest sparring partner I've ever met. His sense of humour and depth of character were such a huge feature of this small community of like minded bike lovers and this place will not ever be the same without him.

Dr F, you were a lippy bugger, always had a comeback, convinced everyone on the forum that I'm gay and gave me nothing but grief when you were here. I'll miss you mate, more than you'd have ever imagined. I've shed a tear for you and now I'll drink a beer for you. And no. shedding a tear for you doesn't mean I'm a big gay, whatever you tell whoever you are now with.

Rest In Peace my friend. With the greatest respect and sadness,

One word.......ORANGE!

No matter how many two wheeled friends we lose, it never gets any easier. It does warm the soul to see all the people who DR F touched. Godspeed, and to his loved ones, you all are in our hearts......

"It sounds like thunder far away, but the skies are blue and bright...
And soon they crest the hill nearby, and ride into our sight.

They shake the ground with powerful sound, and they make some hearts beat fast...
They look so proud and noble, like Knights come from the past.

Like men of steel, on Silver Wings, they sparkle in the light...
then with a roar and rumble, they ride out of our sight.

Sometimes when one has fallen, never to ride again...
You can hear the others calling, like thunder on the wind.

Side by side, they slowly ride, and their thunder is a mournful sound...
And the visors hide their eyes, when teardrops fall to the ground.

For motormen are a special breed, they love to ride the wind...
And when you hear the thunder boom, the fallen ones ride again."
ImageGo Fast & Take Chances!! Speed overcomes clearance; always!! If you don't make it the first time, back up and try again, only faster!!
Ah the teenage years w/ Me bro.

What terrible news :(

My thoughts go out to all of his family and friends, it's times like these that you realise whatever words you type are so inadequate. I have only been a member here for a short time but Tony alaways made you feel wecome, whether to answer your questions or take the piss.

Shit. I just picked this up and I am truly shocked and saddened.

I've never met Dr F in the flesh, but we had a lot of banter and swapped info, stories and advice, and I hoped and expected that some KTM Superduke meet would one day introduce us.

He was a truly top fella, and I'm gutted that such a great personality is lost to us all, and of course my thoughts are with any loved ones he leaves behind.

RIP Dr F. You will be truly missed, and we are robbed of a friend.

Please count me in for a donation. Weeksy, if my Paypal still works I'll send you some dosh.
