RC8R on track

Postby couchcommando » Mon Jun 10, 2013 11:16 am

I've got my sd for the road and my SDR for track use, part of me wants an rc8r for the track, anyone gone from an SDR to an rc8r and how did you find it ?, I'm thinking a sportsbike has to be better on track but the SDR sure is a lot of fun, appreciate anyone's experience thanks

Brokenleggedbiker and Damodici both made the swap as did Stupid Luke.

I'm fairly sure all of them were quicker on the Superduke than the RC8. Which in itself says a lot.

1098 is calling you CC.

I'll give you £2000 for the R1, bring it down this week and i'll take it to Spa ;)
Current : 1999 Yamaha R1, 2005 Yamaha R1.

Really don't want a ducati and the high maintenance/spares prices much as I like them and I'd want an 1198 over the 1098 as its miles better ;)

R1 is yours for 2600, been offered that much already :)
