I have it all online. If someone needs something specific I can always just upload that page.

Do you have a PDF of it? If so I could host it and post the link up.

Nah. KTMs PDF doesn't work. It's some annoying and slow HTML thing instead.

Comrade: Well how did you get it? However you did you could post it to Klinck and he or somebody will sort it.

It may be possible to convert what you have. I'll PM you a link to my public Dropbox. If you could upload everything you have I'll take a look.

I work at a KTM dealership. That's why I have access to it. If someone wants a page from the repair manual im happy to upload a saved XML document of that page. I'm sure that's not in breach of anything I'm bound to. Anything more than that though, I'm not willing to do.

Klinck I've ordered the disc, coming from the US so might take a while to get here. I'm happy to upload pdfs if possible.

Yeah no worries dude, no point risking getting in trouble. Someone will find one we can share soon.

Comrade Kev: I've got this sinking feeling it's going to be the same as the 1190.

I have the 1190 RC8 & Adventure manuals & the ABS wiring is slightly different on the 1290 that is why I asked for the 1290 ABS wiring diagram, anyway I should be getting the 1290 manual in 10 days time.

Comrade Joe: Are you referring to a 990 manual or a 1290 manual? If it is the former they are available here:

Thanks Comrades DMacL and Klink. If only KTM had made these available for purchase online I'd have brought one and probably so would lots of other owners. In fact, mine is still on order.

Comrades: Shame the wiring diagram for the diagnostic connector is wrong. It shows four wires whilst my earlier post shows the connector has five. It has an additional light blue. KTM just using the earlier diagrams?

EDIT: Thanks to DMacL. I was wrong the diagram is not wrong it is just stupid. They've put the diagnostic connector on two pages. I did consider this as a stupid possibility but didn't see it.

Thanks Comrade ktm08. A problem with the original and the conversions is that they no longer allow you to search within the document unless I am mistaken. It used to be really useful for example to search for a term such as "AR/6" and find all the places that existed. BERT?
