Missing Frame Infill Panels

Postby 2014_SDR » Sat Apr 19, 2014 3:28 pm

Other 1290 owners may what to check but it may only be my 1290SDR I noticed when looking at another 1290 in my local dealer that there are frame infill panels missing on my bike.

They are located on the frame behind the steering column covering up the mess of wiring located there (one on each side). Here is my bike obviously without the infill panels . . .

I’ve had my 1290 for 4 months now but only picked it up when I saw the other bike a couple of weeks ago, dealers getting it sorted though.

That's unfortunate.

I've noticed a lot of bikes are missing the ready to race stickers on the subframe.
