fuel tank pipe

is there supposed to be a pipe on this ?

on other bikes ive had, there is

yes, but it comes off easily when the tank is lifted, so if your tank has ever been off, then it may have come loose. Look around in the general area, it may be wedged in there somewhere

ive looked, cant see anything,

ive never took tank off, gas only got 30 miles on clock,

perhaps it came off during the initial set-up at the dealer. Not a huge deal really...Enjoy the new bike!

There is a recall about this. My dealer called me today about it.
Now: KTM 1290 Super Duke R 2017
Had: : KTM 1290 Super Duke R 2015 The beast.. Totalled..
Had: Suzuki GSX-R 1000 K8
Had: Kawasaki ER-6n 2007
