No regrets about SDR1290. Absolutely stunning allround bike. Just wanted more track orientated bike. Mine is 2016 680 kms on clock from local importer. Cant give any comment about bike cos we are middle of winter, ok its tiny and beautiful. I made the deal without seeing bike as usual :lol: Next on list removing cat, upgrade kit ecu and get some new slicks.

Adios amigos!

Not really, msrp is 32k €. I've got decent discount. Last one from the stock. We have only 5 R1Ms' here.

Hope so. Yamaha had world wide recall 2015 and fixed the problem.

That is one fast rocket sir...You will enjoy it on the track but you will hate it on the street.

Very aggressive position is not something that you want to have on day to day basis for the city rides.
Jerky throttle is also something to watch out...

If your ride trough the year will be full of track days, or fast twisty roads than you will have a lot of fun and enjoyment with R1M

Stay safe and enjoy...
2014-2017 -> S1000R traded in for SD1290R - 2017
Past: Hypermotard, Strada, Street Triple, Brutale 800, S1KRR...and couple of more
