Welcome J
I will be near the Tail in June I'm retirement hunting that area. Between Knoxville and Ashville. I too find that area irresistible and hope to find a fixer upper with old time character and room for a large shop in those parts. Which SD you running?

Jayman,

Welcome in!

I have a place in Dahlonega, GA and ride around the NC, TN, GA area as much as I can.

Lots of information to be had, Don't be afraid to search as many questions have been answered before.

Welcome!

If you've got time, maybe you could set up a weekend ride in your neck of the woods for all of us within decent riding distance to come to.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I am not related to jmann an I assume jmann isn't Jmann from Mushroomhead??? I have 2015 1290 Super Duke that I bought last year as a left over. I also own 2017 BMW R1200GSA that I recently traded my 2015 BMW R1200GS for and a 2009 Harley XR1200. I have around 1k on the Beast. Full EVO exhaust kit, some EVO Tech goodies, and just installed CRG Levers. I really need to do some suspension set up work. I'm a old(45) fat guy around 250lbs so any future bike part money will be going in this direction. I'm also interested in a cruise control option. My hands are bad/hurt/ache/etc and I'm spoiled by my BMW.
