What size Spring is in the Magura Clutch lever on the 990

Postby OldTLSDoug » Wed Aug 14, 2019 2:09 am

I just dropped my new one that came with the $83.00 USD lever I bought. I have yet to find it, amazing how far a spring can travel in one's shop. Does anyone know the size of the spring? Could you measure it for me? Do you have a munched lever that still has the spring? Lots of questions.

I had an old 990 SD full stave cylinder assembly sitting on my spares cabinet. I chucked it out last year when replaced my 990 SMT slave cylinder. Anyway, I believe the spring is 10.5mm diameter. Good luck.

Comrade: As you probably know, the easiest way to find something in ones workshop is to buy a new one - it'll turn up then within seconds :D
