Looked more like the backend stepping out under acceleration, catching and rider (luckily) just avoiding a highside. All in all a pretty easy get off.

Easy get off for sure, as get offs go, but I wonder how the bike fared? I guess, in reality, you have to be ready to throw them away at any time, track or not. I still say it was a bad front wheel landing. Not to pick an argument with you buddy :D :D but it looks like he had the front wheel up coming out of the left hander and then got it up even higher before setting it down crossed up. I'll look again...........

Nasty crash footage from Melbourne, Victoria... 1 rider suffered a broken Pelvis and the other a broken leg.
Please be careful out there....

No worries Mac!

I think it looks like a wheelie because the rider hunches over the front while exiting the corner (with a chest mounted GoPro) and gives impression of front rising when it's actually the opposite.

In the grand scheme....not important really.

You enjoying that big 1301cc monster?

Nothing you cant do on a postie. Wheelie, em, jump em, ADV bike, racer, cafe, bobber, chopper, rat and don't forget mail deliveries. It's the ultimate utilitarian bike.

Whoa! How did I miss this?

Enjoying my SDR Lowrance? You bet!! Very different to ride than the BMW S1000R. The BMW powerplant & rider aids help make it easier to go fast on the tight twisties but the KTM is far more viscerally satisfying to ride. Hope that you are doing well too.

Yep cant do anything around some parts of this country anymore - they want everyone to have no spirit and just drive around at speed hump pace taking photos with their phones like the rest of the brain dead idiots. Soon we wont be able to have a sh1t without filling out a statutory authority form
